When it's your data, you should own the dashboard outright. We build the views your staff actually use as an application you host, and at the end the code, the database and the documentation are yours. Already on a licensed platform? The same views can be rebuilt as something you own, whenever that makes sense for you.

The useful applications of AI in land management are unglamorous: reading paper forms, drafting the narrative that explains a trend, guiding someone through setup. We build those, and a person is always the last step before data is trusted.

Most of the trouble with a mapping project is not the map. It is that the same acre exists three times in two systems with different boundaries. The database work is where a project is won or lost.

We host what we build

Certificates, mail, DNS, backups, security scans and the boring monthly updates, on infrastructure we operate. If you have ever lost a week to a hacked WordPress or a lapsed renewal, this is the line item that ends it.

  • Plesk on a dedicated VPS: PHP, Node and static, one panel
  • Let's Encrypt certificates on every hostname, auto-renewed
  • Mailboxes or forwards with SPF, DKIM and DMARC done right
  • Daily malware scans and hardened headers; no WordPress unless you insist
  • Static builds and plain repos, so you can leave any time
