The problem
The association's site embedded two EDDMapS iframes that told a visitor very little, and its 54 weed records were run-on text nobody could read.
What we built
A county choropleth of the whole state reading the association's own ArcGIS layer (179,000+ reports), live headline figures, a per-county panel, and weed pages broken into Background, Description and Control with a facts box. Utah scenery replaces stock art; the real UWSA logo replaces a placeholder.
What it changed
The home page now answers "how big is the problem, and where?" in one glance, with numbers that update themselves.
