The rule we build to
“AI should remove paperwork, not judgement. Every extraction ends at a confirmation screen before it touches your data.”Becca Winston
What it looks like
- AgTag USA's produce traceability system reads a packing slip, fills the record, and asks a two-person packhouse to confirm it. One confirmation screen, fourteen finance-ready columns, zero compliance managers required.
- The SIMP biocontrol dashboard drafts a plain-language summary of 797 monitored sites from the actual trend data, for a coordinator to edit.
- Credentials are held outside the page, originals are kept, and every value shows how sure the model was.
Questions we are asked
- Does the AI change our data without asking?
- Never. Every extraction and every drafted narrative stops at a confirmation screen. A person approves it or edits it before it is saved.
- Where does our data go?
- To the model provider's API for the extraction, under its no-training terms, and nowhere else. Originals and results stay on your system or ours.
