The problem
The Games ran on a Survey123 form and an ArcGIS dashboard that only insiders opened. The public site was a compromised WordPress with 34 grant reports nobody could find.
What we built
A new site with a small CMS for events, all 34 grant reports as downloads, a Utah-wide noxious weed library, and a Garlic Mustard Games page that reads the teams' own Survey123 results: pounds pulled, hours, a ranked leaderboard, a share-of-season ring, a pull-station map, and the winners' hall of fame. A county map page shows every Summit County EDDMapS record with species and year filters.
What it changed
Volunteers see their standing minutes after weighing in, and the CWMA's story is told with its own numbers rather than a screenshot.
