The problem
Six counties, one coordinator, and a WordPress site that had drifted into spam pages. The data existed in the association's own ArcGIS layer but nobody could see it without a login.
What we built
A generated static site: 54 weed profiles, 15 biocontrol agents, county supervisor contacts on a clickable map, a calendar, two forms, and a six-county weed map with the STATUS codes decoded (positive, treated, eradicated, negative). Legacy WordPress URLs, including the ones with literal spaces, redirect to their new homes.
What it changed
55,000+ reports across the six counties are on a public map, refreshed hourly, and the whole site rebuilds from a folder of JSON files.
