The problem
A new site had been drafted with placeholder images where the weeds should be, and the CWMA's own photo library from its previous site was about to disappear with the old server.
What we built
We recovered 150 photographs from the CWMA's old site and media library, filled the gaps from freely licensed sources with the photographer credited, and gave every one of the 54 species three real photographs with a licence record. The events calendar got an admin login the board holds. The app was hardened for production, moved to our server with its database, and the domain, mail and certificates cut over in one afternoon.
What it changed
A weed guide people can actually identify a plant from, a calendar the CWMA updates itself, and nothing left on the old host.
